(Strawberry and Ice Cream) Pancake Day

Lemon and sugar is fine for my pancakes - I'm a traditionalist. However, my older daughter and my husband prefer theirs with chopped strawberries and Carte D'or Vanilla ice cream.

Spoilt, I tell you, spoilt !!
